Consent of the interested party: When making inquiries through our website, or when subscribing to our newsletter, or when registering for a training activity or event.
OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA
The data requested in the forms of the Web are, in general, mandatory (unless otherwise specified in the required field) to fulfill the established purposes. Therefore, if they are not provided or are not provided correctly, they cannot be attended to, without prejudice to the fact that you can freely view the content of the Website.
FOR WHAT PURPOSE WILL YOU PROCESS USER DATA?
The personal data provided by the Users will be processed by GAIA in accordance with the following purposes depending on the type of collaboration chosen:
Contact Form: the purpose of data collection in this form will be to respond to queries made by the user or to send the requested information, via email, SMS or other means.
The User’s data will be kept for this purpose until the User opposes or revokes their consent.
WHAT USER DATA WILL BE PROCESSED?
GAIA will process the following categories of User data, depending on the type of collaboration chosen:
In the case of requesting information, through the contact form, sending an email or request: name and surname, email and any other data that can be included in open fields.
In the case of requesting attendance at activities, events or training: name and surname, address, telephone, Identity Number / Tax Identification Code, bank details and image in case the event is recorded.
WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION OF THE PROCESSING OF USER DATA?
The treatment of the User’s data by GAIA is based on the consent that is requested and that can be withdrawn at any time. However, if you withdraw your consent, this will not affect the legality of the processing carried out previously.
The consents obtained for the aforementioned purposes are independent, so the User may revoke only one of them, not affecting the others.
The User guarantees that:
They are of legal age and that the information provided to GAIA is true, accurate, complete and up-to-date. For these purposes, the User is responsible for the veracity of all the data communicated and will keep the information provided conveniently updated, in such a way that it responds to their real situation.
They have informed the third parties to whom they provide their data. It also guarantees they have informed the third parties about the aspects contained in the document. Likewise, it guarantees that GAIA has obtained their authorization to provide their data for the indicated purposes.
The user will be responsible for the false or inaccurate information that they provide through the Website and for the damages, direct or indirect, that this causes to CE or to third parties.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
The User can send a letter to email@example.com, with the Reference “Data Protection”, attaching a photocopy of their identity document and/or the tax identification code of the interested party, at any time and free of charge, to:

Obtain confirmation about whether personal data about the user is being processed at GAIA.
Access your personal data.
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
Request the deletion of your data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Obtain from GAIA the limitation of data processing when any of the conditions provided for in the data protection regulations are met.
Request the portability of your data.
Claim before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, through the following address agpd.es, when the interested party considers that GAIA has violated the rights that are recognized by the applicable regulations on data protection.
All the information contained in www.BMH.gaia.es, as well as its graphic design and the codes used, are protected by copyright and other protection rights contained in Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, which approve the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Law. These rights belong exclusively to GAIA, or to its licensors. Therefore, any act of reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication, as well as any type of assignment, of all or part of the content of this site, and in general of any object that, according to current legislation, is protected by intellectual property regulations.
All the content of the website and all the content available through the Service, including designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, applications, software, music, sound and other files, as well as their selection and arrangement (the “Content”) are the exclusive property of GAIA, or its licensors, with all rights reserved. No part of the Content of the Site may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, extracted, displayed, published, transmitted or sold in any way or by any means, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of GAIA. Provided that the user is legally permitted to use the Site, GAIA grants a limited license to use and access the Site and the Content of the Site and to download legitimately and only for personal and non-commercial use, the content of this, as long as all warnings about copyright and intellectual property are maintained intact. Site Content may not be uploaded or republished on any Internet, Intranet, or Extranet site, nor may the information be integrated into databases or compiled. Any other use of the Site Content is strictly prohibited.
The use, without prior consent, of any element of www.BMH.gaia.es that is subject to protection in accordance with current legislation on industrial property is expressly prohibited. In particular, trademarks, trade names, store signs, denominations, logos, slogans or any type of distinctive sign belonging to GAIA may not be used.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GAIA is not responsible for the veracity of the personal data collected in the Forms that have been provided by minors or by unidentified third parties. Consequently, the entity reserves the right to cancel any service related to the user.
