FOR WHAT PURPOSE WILL YOU PROCESS USER DATA?
The personal data provided by the Users will be processed by GAIA in accordance with the following purposes depending on the type of collaboration chosen:
Contact Form: the purpose of data collection in this form will be to respond to queries made by the user or to send the requested information, via email, SMS or other means.
The User’s data will be kept for this purpose until the User opposes or revokes their consent.
WHAT USER DATA WILL BE PROCESSED?
GAIA will process the following categories of User data, depending on the type of collaboration chosen:
In the case of requesting information, through the contact form, sending an email or request: name and surname, email and any other data that can be included in open fields.
In the case of requesting attendance at activities, events or training: name and surname, address, telephone, Identity Number / Tax Identification Code, bank details and image in case the event is recorded.
In the event that the User provides data from third parties, he/she declares to have their consent and undertakes to transfer the information contained in the Privacy Policy, exempting GAIA from any responsibility in this regard. However, GAIA may carry out periodic verifications to verify this fact, adopting the corresponding due diligence measures, in accordance with data protection regulations.
WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION OF THE PROCESSING OF USER DATA?
The treatment of the User’s data by GAIA is based on the consent that is requested and that can be withdrawn at any time. However, if you withdraw your consent, this will not affect the legality of the processing carried out previously.
The consents obtained for the aforementioned purposes are independent, so the User may revoke only one of them, not affecting the others.
USER RESPONSIBILITY
The User guarantees that:

Request the portability of your data.
Claim before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, through the following address agpd.es, when the interested party considers that GAIA has violated the rights that are recognized by the applicable regulations on data protection.
SECURITY MEASURES
GAIA will treat the User’s data at all times in an absolutely confidential manner and keep the mandatory duty of secrecy with respect to them, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations and this privacy policy, adopting technical measures for this purpose and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.

All the content of the website and all the content available through the Service, including designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, applications, software, music, sound and other files, as well as their selection and arrangement (the “Content”) are the exclusive property of GAIA, or its licensors, with all rights reserved. No part of the Content of the Site may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, extracted, displayed, published, transmitted or sold in any way or by any means, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of GAIA. Provided that the user is legally permitted to use the Site, GAIA grants a limited license to use and access the Site and the Content of the Site and to download legitimately and only for personal and non-commercial use, the content of this, as long as all warnings about copyright and intellectual property are maintained intact. Site Content may not be uploaded or republished on any Internet, Intranet, or Extranet site, nor may the information be integrated into databases or compiled. INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

GAIA is not responsible for the veracity of the personal data collected in the Forms that have been provided by minors or by unidentified third parties. Consequently, the entity reserves the right to cancel any service related to the user.
GAIA reserves the right to modify the content of the Privacy Policy, based on legislative and technological developments that would require it.
